I specialize in working with young adults (teens through 50+) and their families during times of great difficulty. Sometimes the problem is clear; other times, everyone has an opinion but nothing seems to work. Many of my clients feel they should be doing better, yet find themselves frustratingly stuck. Family dynamics, past trauma, substance use, or ongoing anxiety and depression leave them unsure how to move forward. Together, we focus on building momentum, strengthening confidence, and creating a life that feels purposeful and self-directed.
