Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, providing individual psychotherapy to adults, young professionals, and college/graduate students. I have helped individuals cope with depression, anxiety, and other mood & trauma-related symptoms. I have supported many individuals process and navigate life transitions/changes, enhance self-esteem, solidify a stable identity/sense of self, form deeper connections with others, and improve their ability to identify, manage, and express emotions. I aim to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients by providing a non-judgmental, supportive, and empathic space.
