As a narrative therapist I strive to help my clients alter problem stories into preferred ways of living. I provide individual therapy to adolescents (14+) through older adulthood/elderly. I have special interest in weight management issues, college student mental health and adolescent mental health, specifically adolescents with behavioral or legal issues. Presenting problems I typically work with include anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, psychosis, stress and weight management, substance abuse, and trauma. I also work with practicing therapists seeking clinical supervision and support.
