I am currently getting my Masters at Merrimack College for my LMHC. My ideal clients are teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or a general sense of feeling lost. They might be navigating life transitions, questioning their direction, or simply overwhelmed by everyday life stressors. Deep down, people want to feel grounded and secure again. Looking for healthier coping strategies, a better understanding of themselves, and most importantly; a sense of meaning and purpose with the life that they have. They want to get better, but they might not know where to begin.
