I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. I spent most of my career working with people struggling with mental health issues, relationship problems and addictive behavior. I try to be "down to earth" and more directive in therapy because I think you want to get your issues solved as quickly as possible and the sooner, the better for you. I believe we, as humans, can benefit from having someone to talk to at any point in our lives and I'm always up for a good chat. I'm partial to CBT, REBT and DBT as therapy styles. I work a lot with relationship issues, overall mental health and addictive behaviors. This year, I'm offering divorce coaching for navigating that process. I can do court assessments and referrals for justice involved persons. I believe I can help when you're not sure where to go or what to do.
