In my practice, I believe in a partnership with the person I am working with to help manage their concerns. I model Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in my mental health care practice. I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. As a young person, I have always wanted to help people. Obtaining a Master's in Social Work (MSW) appeared to be a calling for me. Obtaining his degree would allow me to help people as a profession.
