About
Asking for help when you are struggling is incredibly hard. Maybe you have tried therapy in the past and it was not a good fit. I strive with each of my clients to meet them where they are emotionally and work with them to achieve their goals. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship stressors, and life transitions. My approach fosters a supportive, collaborative relationship that brings about real change. At the same time, I try to bring humor and laughter into the therapy space, often through nerdy pop culture references.
