I provide evidence based treatments that I believe in. I do this because I want to help people decrease and/or cope with any suffering they are experiencing quickly and efficiently. I often work with clients who have been to therapy before and still have goals that have not been achieved. I use research to help me determine what the most effective treatment can be. I also make adjustments for each person as needed. I will sit with you and work through any challenges & pain you bring while helping you make the changes needed to make progress.
