It's been a long road to get to where things are right now, and each of us have traveled our own way to get here. Where you go from here with therapy is no one else's process but your own, so you should be able to find a therapist that treats you and your needs individually, without judgment or assumptions. Rather than trying to generalize what works based on my experience, I enjoy the process of finding out what works for you and aligns with where you want to go next.
