The primary task is to understand how our emotions, & the emotions of those we love & interact with, informs the quality of our relational life. In other words, to gain greater emotional intelligence. And what does that mean? To gain a greater understanding of ourselves, & those we love, by learning about inner life and how best to express what we feel, need and want from each other.
