Welcome! I specialize in trauma, substance use and process addictions, and life transitions. I work with adults and teens who are ready to look honestly at what’s getting in the way and do the work to change it. I won’t just nod and listen. I’ll challenge you. I’ll gently confront the thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck. Sometimes that can feel uncomfortable, but that’s usually where real growth happens. You don’t have to do it alone. We’ll walk through it together. If you’re tired of repeating the same cycles and you’re ready for something different, I’d be honored to work with you. I use evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you work through trauma, addiction, and the patterns that keep you stuck. I’m trained in Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which helps your brain process painful memories, so they lose their emotional charge.
