Life is filled with triumphs, hardships, and a whole lot of challenges. Sometimes we get overwhelmed and feel like there is too much to handle on our own. We all experience struggle with conflict at different points throughout life and I believe nobody should be forced to face these issues alone. My passion is to work with people as they strive to triumph over the challenges that life presents while dealing with hardships in a positive and healthy way. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable place to promote understanding and healing. I have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, chronic health conditions, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and many other conditions
