I believe my role as a therapist is never to “fix” a client, but empower you to uncover a more enriched, fulfilled life. I have learned through years of professional training and a lifetime of personal experience; listening without judgment, with sincere empathy, and providing insight to better understanding of self in a safe and honest place shapes the foundation for positive change. Individualized treatment goals are developed in collaboration with each client, based on what you would like to achieve in therapy.
