My ideal client is someone who is willing. It doesn't matter if you don't know what you're doing or if you feel afraid of or confident starting this journey. So long as you are willing, I am willing. Working with me will require vulnerability, and I never expect this in the first session because therapy, at its heart, is a relationship. If it takes time to trust me with your genuine, vulnerable self, that is okay. We can work towards trust while exploring what you feel comfortable starting with. This is how I build a space that holds the parts of you that need more trust to emerge.
