Welcome! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have a lot of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families trying to navigate the challenges of life with symptoms that a traumatic experience left behind, which usually presents as a myriad of conditions. I create a safe space for individuals to vulnerably express themselves, heal, learn, grow, and transform.
