I practice providing clients with a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. I've worked with a wide population; youth to adulthood, LGBTQIA+, POC and Non-POC. I've worked with clients going through various life changes, trauma, DV, depression, grief, anxiety, and ADHD. I work from an integrative model and will modify treatment so that it best fits the client; I have a strong foundation in DBT and Play Therapy. I provide clients with the space to feel heard and seen, set goals, feel challenged, build coping skills and their resiliency threshold to lead a satisfying life.
