Hi, I’m KG. I have a gentle and relational presence and specialize in supporting people who have experienced trauma including abuse, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and traumatic loss, or are navigating a life crisis. I love helping people regain their sense of power so they can reconnect with who they truly are and what matters most to them. Whether it’s exploring family of origin dynamics, gender or sexual identity, substance use, eating and body image, or chronic pain, I’m here to support growth, healing, and meaningful change. I work with adults and kids ages 10+.
