Have you ever felt overwhelmed trying to balance the demands of work while managing home life with kids? As a child and family therapist at Impact Psychological Services, I specialize in supporting clients across the lifespan. I help children find their voices and express big feelings, while also creating space for adults to explore how their childhood and past experiences may shape their present. Together, we work to process feelings of sadness, worry, and frustration. My therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory, with specialized training in Child Parent Psychotherapy and Circle of Security.
