I believe that all behaviors are unoriginal and rooted in something that we have experienced and in turn learned. When we connect negative behaviors to their root cause, we become clearer, lighter, and more confident in reaching life's goals. I specialize in meeting my clients where they are, in order to effectively discuss and resolve their troubles. I believe my clients have the power to create their own success story, but sometimes need a little guidance when they get stuck. My goal is to help my clients unveil the truth to their behaviors and limitations by connecting the past to the present.
