Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I offer counseling services for youth, adults, couples, and families. I work with clients to build a therapeutic relationship, increase awareness, and identify coping strategies that will cultivate desired treatment outcomes. Primarily, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address various problems. CBT allows us to identify thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotional reasoning, and behaviors that prevent one from making decisions that will drive positive results. Additionally, I use integrative therapeutic approaches that increase effectiveness of treatment outcomes based on the need of the individual.
