Are you feeling hurried and overwhelmed? Perhaps you struggle with panic attacks, sleeplessness, or endless worries. Or, maybe you have experienced hurt in your past that you just can't seem to shake. No matter what you are going through, I am here to listen to you and provide you with a nonjudgemental space to process and unload your burdens. I will also provide you with tangible tools to relieve anxiety and PTSD symptoms. I am a strong Christian with a background in ministry. If desired, I am able to utilize Christian counseling in our sessions as another form of support.
