I graduated form University of Pennsylvania and worked in a variety of professional settings i.e Partial hospitalization, University counseling and Private practice . Over the course of my private practice and training I have gained experience in helping clients with Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Trauma. I am licensed in California and Pennsylvania. Theoretically I draw from humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy. My therapeutic style is direct and light. I am relationship oriented and like to use humor (when appropriate), to connect with my clients and facilitate relaxation and comfort in the therapy space.
