I am a mental health and addiction therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions through a holistic, whole-person approach. I believe meaningful change happens when we care for the mind, body, and emotional well-being together. My work integrates mental health support with physical wellness, helping clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and create sustainable balance in their lives. As a social worker, Army Reserve member, and powerlifter, I bring a diverse range of professional and personal experiences that shape my perspective on discipline, growth, and overcoming challenges. These experiences allow me to connect with clients from many backgrounds and support them in reaching their goals with compassion, structure, and accountability.
