If you are currently feeling off-balance and can't seem to find your footing, the good news is that you don't have to figure it out alone. I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and completed my formal educational training at Fresno State University in 2013. I continued my training at an inpatient perinatal substance abuse program treating children, adults, couples, and families and continued to work their post-degree. Specific treatment areas included trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and co-dependency.
