Hi there, I'm Kholby! My goal as a counselor is to assist you in making sense of the chaos that can arise in your day-to-day life. Maybe that means we build emotional regulation skills together, maybe we learn how to make sense of past hurts or traumas, or maybe we process the current issues that are troubling you at this time. What I am getting at is I am a strengths-based, person-focused counselor who ideally is a passenger to the client driving the proverbial car. I am looking to you to identify goals, and you are looking to me to assist you in achieving them.
