KiEun holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. After earning her degree, she moved to Hawaii, where she is now licensed as a counselor. Before settling on the Big Island, KiEun worked internationally for 20 years as a counseling trainer. KiEun has extensive training and experience in addressing cross-cultural issues for both individuals and families, including immigrant families (such as Asian Americans) and blended families. She is committed to helping these families become healthier, stronger in love, and more functional and mature.
