I offer therapy from a lovely office in Hayes Valley (SF) and/or in nature in West Marin for young adults and teens. I love holding space for people to be with the pain and beauty of being alive, to explore and express who they are, how they want to love and be loved, how they want to live. Together, we'll be with whatever is coming up for you—emotional and relational experiences, feelings of stuckness or overwhelm, desire for change, questions of purpose, inner knowing, uncertainty, grief, numbness, joy, hope—and expand access to awareness, connection, integration, and choice. I orient towards curiosity and care, deep presence in the here and now, authentic contact, creative expression, wandering exploration, soulful embodiment, warm reflections, interconnectedness, integration, and awe. Depending on your interests and what emerges, sessions may incorporate parts work, somatics, expressive arts, dreamwork, movement and more.
