My experiences, both personal and professional, along with a firm belief in a person’s capacity for deep transformation, strongly inspires and influences my work as a psychotherapist. We all have our own unique stories and perspectives, of which I hold in privilege and confidence so that you are in the driver’s seat, being the expert in your life. We will be uncovering old patterns and stories in support of creating new ones that better serve you. Moving at a rate and pace that feels comfortable is important, for people to feel safe and trusting to share parts of themselves they would not otherwise.
