About

My therapeutic approach is intuitive, empathic, direct and relational, using humor and humility to connect. In my work as a LCSW, I draw on my training in family therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR. Additionally, while working at Solace Sexual Assault Services, I received specialized training in the treatment of complex trauma, sexual assault, sexual abuse, depression and anxiety. I take a systems and liberation psychology approach acknowledging culture, society, history, and oppression have an impact on mental health.
