As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand that people are more than a diagnosis and that our communities and resources have just as much an impact on us as our closest social circles. I believe that communication and developing a deeper understanding of oneself, the family histories we carry, and the influences of society are essential tools in helping clients grow. I work with couples and individuals on helping them understand their patterns of communication, exploring the legacies they carry from their personal histories, building confidence and self-acceptance, and collaborating on their goals.
