I welcome those navigating life changes, trauma, self-discovery, relationship concerns, adoptees, adolescents and young adults battling anxiety and transition, racial identity development, racial trauma, and the complexities that come with growth and healing. I am informed about neurodivergent populations, and is LGBT affirming and social justice-oriented. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
