As a clinician my goal is to create a safe space for you to be able to work towards achieving your mental health goals. I have a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling, and I have worked with individuals from adolescence through adulthood, in groups, and individual settings. I understand that sometimes it can feel there is no solution, but I am here to help you find a new way around your hurdles for the life you want. My approach for counseling is through using evidence and research-based techniques of CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. The areas I specialize in are addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety (to name a few). I have over 5 years in the mental health field and over 3 years’ experience working with the addiction population specifically.
