My name is Kiara Polanco, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor-Diagnostic Privilege in NY and a Licensed Professional Counselor in NJ. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build healthy coping skills, and discover your full potential, even in life’s most challenging moments. In our first few sessions, you can expect me to ask a lot of questions as I get to know your story and understand what brought you to therapy.
