Hi there, I'm Kiera! My primary goal as a therapist is to empower clients to find confidence within themselves, take accountability, and help them navigate their mental health journey. I believe in supporting clients as they go through their journey of healing. I want to support you during your growth by increasing your coping skills and helping you develop a deeper love for yourself. As a clinician, I want to make you feel safe and seen as we discuss personal topics that brought you to the space you are in today.
