The therapeutic process is often perceived as daunting and intimidating. I provide a nonjudgmental and comfortable therapeutic environment for all individuals so that we can take on this journey together. This allows for you to feel heard, accepted and seen. As a therapist, I utilize an eclectic approach emphasizing a client-centered framework and strengths based values. Additionally I draw from therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. In our sessions, my aim is to provide you support and to assist you to process events or understand emotions. As a Mental Health Counselor, I have gained experience working with a variety of clients including adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. My experience has been vast and I work with clients experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship challenges, codependency, self-esteem, and phase of life transitions to name a few.
