Welcome! Let’s be real - life can feel incredibly tricky sometimes. If you feel that things aren’t quite right and are considering therapy, you’re in the right place! Often the hardest part is acknowledging that change is possible, and that a bit of help might be necessary to get where you want to be. I consider my role as a counselor to be one of the most sacred parts of my life. There is an inherent beauty found in walking alongside people in search for safety, purpose, and healing. My deepest wish is to meet clients exactly where they are, embracing and honoring them as complete individuals.
