I work with all ages at Aspire Counseling located in Denver. Before private practice, I worked in residential mental health treatment primarily with young adults and adolescents. I am competent in working with both children and adults who have experienced abuse and trauma. I also have a heart for navigating transitions and healing past emotional wounds through evidence based trauma therapies combining both our body and mind in the healing process. Goals for therapy are collaborative in which we will discover your individual needs for optimal growth. My role is to provide a safe space for you to come as you are each session. View 4 Photos Treatment depends on your personal goals. Our office provides Neurofeedback in addition to talk therapy as requested. I also combine evidence based trauma healing approaches such as Brainspotting and EMDR with PVT, DBT, IFS, and/or ACT for clients. We will follow a treatment plan made together throughout therapy in order to track and achieve goals together.
