Hi! I’m Kiersten Garcia-Diaz. I’m a therapist at The Chrysalis Counseling Center in Moorestown, NJ, and I’m passionate about helping people feel more grounded, authentic, confident, and understood. My ideal client is someone who feels like their brain is constantly running a million miles an hour. Someone who is overthinking, overanalyzing, and maybe over-Googling their symptoms. They might be struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or navigating big life changes. They’ve tried “just relaxing” already and are ready for real tools and a space where they don’t have to pretend everything’s fine. Although my bread and butter is supporting clients who are navigating anxiety or OCD, I am also equipped through specialized education to help with emotional challenges, trauma care, life transitions, relational stress, low self-esteem, women’s issues, child and teen mental health, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
