My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families facing emotional complexities of infertility and perinatal health, as well as anxiety disorders in teens and young adults. These stressors and life transitions can often make you feel as if you are losing a sense of control as the world keeps going. My goal is to help individuals work towards restoring balance of their personal well-being and build back that self empowerment and confidence.
