As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I utilize a comprehensive approach that incorporates evidence-based interventions to provide individualized support to children, families, and caregivers. I also work with adults who have experienced trauma or have attachment-related issues. My approach combines techniques such as EMDR to address traumatic experiences, TF-CBT to process traumatic stress, and elements of DBT or Synergetic Play Therapy to teach emotional regulation and coping skills.
