Hi, and welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH18097) here in warm sunny Florida (I reside in Hillsborough County). The style of therapy I subscribe to focuses on your perceptions of your circumstances helping you identify answers to your challenges, work through barriers, make steps towards being the best version of yourself, and work towards living your best life all with a twist of humor. My approach to therapy is person-centered (also called Rogerian therapy) and is tailored to your personality, as well as, current and past experiences.
