I want my clients to gain the knowledge and ability to address their needs outside of the therapy setting. I enjoy working with all age ranges and backgrounds and utilize a variety of techniques to make sure my clients are receiving care that is tailored for them. I have a person-centered approach and believe my clients are the experts on themselves and their needs. I enjoy empowering clients and using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques.
