Some of my favorite groups to work with are young adults, adolescents, gender and sexual minorities, artists, and clients navigating life transitions. I work with clients in an individual setting as well as relationship and partner counseling. I am especially interested in topics such as grief, identity exploration, relationship issues, and finding alignment with personal values. I also have experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, infidelity, and employment issues. I want my clients to use our sessions together for exploration and curiosity, free from judgement. I offer my clients warmth and acceptance in our work together, encouraging curiosity and collaboration that leads to living an authentic life. I like to cultivate a strong alliance and establish a safe and supportive environment to help my clients access the power of vulnerability, honoring their true selves and desires.
