I have been a therapist for many years and I am passionate about helping others heal and grow. Life can be traumatic at times and we need a space to work on healing and finding our truth. I love helping clients find more peace in their lives, increasing positive relationships and identifying patterns that may be holding them back from finding greater contentment. I have experience working with clients with severe mental health challenges and I strongly value using a holistic approach.
