Hi! I am a psychologist licensed in Texas and California. I have worked in the mental health field in various capacities for the past 20 years. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Law and Society and Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Howard University in Washington, DC. I have worked as a psychologist with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Veterans Health Administration and various local and federal law enforcement agencies. In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and a comprehensive intake assessment to identify the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions
