Do you possibly feel like you lost touch with who you really are? Fear, or mistrust may be familiar and limiting. You may relate to physical pain, fatigue, or tension. Perhaps your strategies for managing help but lack the shift you are longing for. I create a space to feel safe enough reclaiming your capabilities. I welcome diversity including all body sizes, races, cultures, sexualities, and genders. With curiosity and compassion allow me to join you in cultivating a new relationship with the memories, thoughts, emotions, and body sensations that may be keeping you from what truly matters. We will work towards gently addressing the root of your concerns rather than just the symptoms.
