I provide highly supportive mental health therapy for adults who struggle with depression and anxiety related to complex trauma, grief, loss, adjustment issues, and life transitions. During therapy a safe, warm, and nurturing space will be created for you to openly express your feelings, concerns, and problems. Together we will explore and identify the root cause of your problems so healing can begin. You will learn healthy, positive coping strategies to improve your mood and outlook while gaining insight and perspective for deeper understanding leading you on the path towards discovery, healing, and emotional well-being. I specialize in grief, loss, recovery from narcissistic abuse, and healing from family scapegoat abuse. I use a person-centered approach combined with various and effective therapeutic tools, techniques, and modalities to help you develop insight, awareness, improve your ability to cope, and help you to connect with your authentic self.
