Hello! Is your child or teen struggling? Are you a young adult looking for support? I specialize in helping children (8 and over), teens and young adults get through tough times. Kids often have a harder time knowing when they need help. They may act out with eccentric behavior, or keep it all in, seeming suddenly sad and reserved. Young adults can often use a supportive space to open up about their own unique challenges. In therapy, we find tools to communicate what's hard and develop confidence and a strong sense of self along the way.
