With over ten years experience, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals across the life span within various settings. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist and am trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy. All aspects of the parenting journey can bring on unexpected challenges and stressors for mothers, fathers and caregivers alike.
