As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience, I have dedicated several years to fostering growth in adults, children, adolescents, and families seeking support for various mental health issues. My diverse background includes work in residential facilities, alternative schools, community mental health settings, and private practice. I specialize in, but am not limited to, the following areas: couples counseling, life transitions, communication and conflict resolution, anxiety, stress-management, and OCD. I assist individuals in identifying their problems and developing effective solutions to lead more fulfilling and manageable lives. My approach is eclectic, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities, emphasizing the mind-body connection, discussing aspects such as eating and sleeping habits, exercise, and supplements that may help reduce symptoms.
